Immigrant Nation! is a feature documentary about the modern immigrant rights movement in 2006 and ‘07. In particular, it is the story of the struggle of Elvira Arellano, a single mother from Chicago, who fought her deportation. The film also interweaves the stories of individuals, organizations, activists and community leaders united by passion and a concern for justice for the undocumented immigrants.

After being deported back to his native Canada, once-famous comedian Bob London attempts a Hollywood comeback by enlisting human smugglers to sneak him across the Mexico-US border. Deposited in East LA after a taxing journey, Bob is rejected by his former manager and famous friends and finds himself penniless and alone. He is then adopted by a pair of migrant workers named Gerardo and Luiz who resolve to show Bob how to make it in America.

Malik is one of many Russian immigrants who moved to Paris with his family. He begins to climb the hierarchy of the criminal ladder, covering shops, car services, nightclubs. However, a major drug dealer Jean-Michel, who has crushed Albanians, Turks, Nigerians and Moroccans, wants to distribute drugs at his points as well. Because of the threats to the family, Malik declares war on Jean-Michel.

The film was hosted by Tom Platz and Teagan Clive. Platz hosted it somewhat along the lines of a "lifestyles" type of production where he would detail the lives of the various bodybuilders presented on the video and take a peek into their lives and history. A lot of the bodybuilders were asked after the fact what they thought of the show (the 1988 Mr. Olympia Contest) and the remarks were generally positive and optimistic towards the future.
